C#/Asp.Net - read/write subversion acl file & user control

I would like somebody to write an interface and asp.net user control to interact with the sub version acl file( [login to view URL] ). The two parts that need to be written in c# are: 1. read and write the acl permissions for a repository 2. user control to allow admin's create, edit, update, delete access for a given repository. Requirements: o) I will provide a rough datamodel and interface required, you will implement it to that spec. giving suggestions and improvements where you think its lacking. o) You will be comfortable working with subversion as the code repository as I will give you access to my subversion code repository and monitor your progress from there. o) You will be capable of installing and configuring subversion as a server on windows ( 2000 or 2003 with apache ) for your own development environment. o) I will provide examples of how the UI should look and behave and you will implement it to that spec. giving suggestions and improvements where you think its lacking. o) Payment will be made through Ikobo in 2 parts for the 2 deliverables. o) See [login to view URL] for more information
