Code and forms for simple customer's registration

Project language: English Environment: ASP.NET 2 (VS 2005) with MDB (2000 or XP) database The work: building "open" code. We will combine this module to a shopping chart project More details: 1. The module implements a simple common way in aspx to get client information by form filling 2. the MDB or structure of it will be provided to the programmer 3. The module should provide the option of dealing with wholesale registration. One who wants to be dealer will mark in the form that he is a wholesale type of client. This will be done by the management form. 6. the registration process would let the users select password 4-10 characters long 7. When a client register his details will be sent to the site manager by email (a sample for this simple option may be delivered to the programmer in ASP version if needed) 8.
