Creloaded Webcart - SEO Optimised Website

I currently have a website that needs to be improved in appearance, we need to have a new website design to inspire confidence in our customers. Our current website is just a generic package and is letting us down. We are happy to use an Open Source package but it must be customised to suit our logo and give our site great customer appeal. The site must be fully functional in line with an oscommerce type package of shipping modules, mysql database of customer orders etc. Our payment provider will be Paypal. The site will be fully optimised for SEO from the outset. We will want the site ready and available to use immediately and so work will need start immediately. Please note that our site is operational at the moment, but a large aspect of the site has been disabled until the new site is up and running. Please only bid if you can finish within a few days. I am looking for someone who is very reliable and realistic, having been burnt a few times with previous developers. Ideally someone who is able to write good PHP themselves.
