Create an educational iPad app/game for autistic children

I want to create a relatively simple iPad app. It will be an educational game for children with autism, designed to teach wh- questions (who, what, why, where, when) and recognition of emotions. I am still finalising the exact structure of the game, but there are two things that the game will certainly include:

1) It will need to include rewards, i.e. pretty graphics and nice sounds when the child gets things right (e.g. showers of stars, giggling faces, happy animals). I can source graphics or sounds.

2) It must be possible for parents to customise the settings in quite a detailed way and even add more questions or their own images to the app.

This project will go through several stages of development. Even if the initial version appears to be perfect, it will need to be tested with real children who may well respond in unexpected ways. It will therefore be necessary to fix and tweak the app to make sure that it functions properly. Please take this into account in your quote, and if possible please give a quote for your fees for any revisions or new versions that may need to be done.

This is likely to be the first of several such projects. If I like your work, there is a strong possibility that I will want to develop further apps with you. I
