Voice Mail Dailer Tool Tools Functionalities: The tool will dial the selected number from list (using our dialer). If - Potential Customer Answers: The call will hang up. And the tool will select next number. Or (enable / disable), Plays recording (VoiceMail) and when Recording is done, call hang up. If - Potential Customer Does Not Answer: When the call reach voicemail - the tool will play the recording selected. Once recording complete, call hang up and move to next number. If Potential Customer Does Not Have Voice Mail - move to next number. Additional Functions: The tool will import and export phone number with following information (Full Name, Phone, Website). If the number imported to the tool exist in (2) titles then it won’t add again) remove duplicates. The tool will save the following information on csv files(call date & time, recording of entire call > see bullet 7 ) under titles (updated for recent calls): Calls That Potential Customer Answered And Call Hang Up. Calls That Potential Customer Answered And Played Voice Mail (Optional) Calls That Potential Customer Didn’t Answer And Have No Voice Mail. Calls That Potential Customer Didn’t Answer And We Left Recording. The tool will have an option to add and remove recordings (Voice Mail). The tool will have an option to add or remove dialers for multi calls (We need to be able to call multiple numbers simultaneously as much as possible). User can set on tool a TIMER BETWEEN CALLS (SECONDS). For Example: If User set timer for 60 seconds, the tool will call one number. Once complete the tool wait 60 seconds and continue with next number. All information imported (Full Name, Phone, Website) - Can be edited by user (User can fix name/phone/website by choice). Dialer will auto record all calls and store recordings so ZDH can check over the dialers work and its reports. Before completion of the dialer, ZDH will confirm manually that the reports are accurate.
