Hello. Altium Designer pro here. Looks like an interesting project but extermely low budget. So you can either get it done for $30 and have it not work, or hire me and get guaranteed results. Would need more details about what it is you're actually trying to do, but initial bid is unlikely to be less, as this is probably a good 8 hours or so of work, and at $30 total that would be $3.75/hour.
