Cloudbased logistics system

We are looking to create a cloud based logistics system and would like to get in contact with developers that maybe has experience from similar systems. The system shall become a full logistics system for handling articles, stock, customers, sales, deliveries, all the way to invoicing and reminders. The front website includes create account, free trial period, free limited version for students, credit card payment, accept terms, set up account, warnings and exclusion when payments not received. Company logo to spread out and be integrated in all prints etc. Multi level login that gives access to various parts of the system, i.e sales personnel get access to place orders, accountant to invoices etc. The system will include among others register and sort articles, upload pictures of articles, customers, create unique passwords and login for each customer, sales, inventory, purchase orders, receiving partial shipments on purchase orders, manual and auto-pick articles from stock, sales agents statements, invoicing, reminders, interest rate, payments, various currencies, bank info, customers history statements etc Search and print functions, convert documents i.e. invoices to PDFs Prints such as picking and packing lists, invoices, order confirmations, pro forma invoices, purchase orders, stock lists, various reports etc. export options to excel for customers. Integration to cloud, The system needs to be 100% tested and stress tested to manage 30 000 users. We can not afford any bugs that leads to stop when the system is launched. Detailed spec will be submitted.
