Custom CMS to manage available properties

We are looking to build a custom content management application to assist in posting, editing and maintaining a list of available properties and a page to display the content. An example of the current static page and desired output can be found here: [login to view URL] The CMS should allow a non-tech savvy user the ability to add, edit and update new listings which will be stored in a MySQL table to be designed by the developer. Each property listing will have the following fields: - Name (Open text) - Region (Los Angeles, Orange County, Inland Empire, Houston) - Address (Open text) - City (Open text) - State (The 50 United States) - Square Footage (Open text) - Availability (Open text) The user should also be able to upload a PDF and image (jpg, png or gif) per property. The Available Properties page should display the properties entered into the CMS. It should match the current existing static page located at [login to view URL] including the same HTML output and CSS classes. Good communication and quality is a must. Preference will be given to bidders with a solid reputation and experience, not necessarily the lowest bid.
