We are looking for someone to create our company a custom support system for our clients. Firstly some important notes
- We don't want a rehashed off the shelf produce
- We want just the coding done, the CSS and HTML will be done in house
- The product must be based on PHP and MySQL
- We want it accessible on iPad so no flash
We are a design agency so a full specification will be written once the project is awarded, please do not ask for a full specification at this early stage.
Please quote hourly rate and hours required OR total cost for project. We do not pay for bug fixing but are flexible on testing and costs.
Customer Facing
1. Unique customer login via SSL
2. Users see all open tickets with ability view, update or delete ticket
3. Customers can update ticket, add attachments and change status
4. Customers cn forward ticket by email, print and turn on / off email notifications
5. Customers can manage their account - I.e. personal information and password
6. Customers can raise a new ticket by email
7. Report - to show tickets by month / year, the number of, total open / closed, average response time
Admin / Supporters
1. Functionality as points 1 above.
2. Admin can assign tickets to other admin users
3. Admin can update ticket, add attachments and change status
4. Admins can add additional people to ticket - so they can view tickets and get email notifications
5. Admins can add new admins
Automation
1. When tickets are updated emails are sent to customer / admin with update
2. If a ticket has no action for XX hours email assigned admin and highlight in red on ticket list
