ASP / ASP.net Complete Portal

I'm looking for the following: 1) Portal created using ASP/ASPX 2) The functionality must be comparable to ([login to view URL]) or ([login to view URL])or ([login to view URL]) However, mainly the site can be modelled on [login to view URL] 3) I already have the site design but it seems the site it self is going to be larger than i thought. therefore it would be better is it was application based so that the content can be better managed. 4) it need to allow for different level of users i.e. author - who can write certain content, administrator - to manage site, users- who can manage their own profile. etc. 5) It should contain, news listings, articles, forums, store, it must also allow for RSS/XML syndication of the content AND allow RSS/XML content to be included, blogs, links, events, registration to view content. 6) Web based administration, so users can manage their profile ad content writers can add or manage their content online 7) Allow for blogs 8) I want the site to use CSS, so that the site design can be modified by use, seperate from the code component. 9) The backend database should be independt so that we can start of using access, and then upgrase to MS SQL or MYSQL 10) Forum - Standard funcationality 11) Store - simlar to [login to view URL] READ THE SPECS, must be able to take either te registered details from the portal, or the customer can add them again. Payment gateways should include paypal, 2checkout,worldpay ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
