ASP.NET Image Display/Editor

I am in need of an ASP.NET application that will: 1) Display an image 2) Allow the user to edit the image 3) Perform a HTTP upload (not FTP) of the captured image (perferrably in PNG format) to the server; Explanation of #2: Editing the image means being able to use the mouse to highlight different portions of the image in different colors. This would be similar to a rubberband effect where you start at the top-left and drag the mouse to the bottom-right of where you want to highlight. A partially transparent rectangle is drawn around the highlighted area. You should be able to highlight multiple areas, using multiple rectangles. You should also be able to specify the color of the rectangle, and move them around after they are drawn. Additionally, there should be a feature where you can write text on the image, and draw an arrow from the beginning or ending of the text to point at something on the image. When the image is uploaded to the server, the layers of the image are to be compressed as to upload a single PNG file. See the attached image for an example. If possible, I would like this code to be managed ASP.NET code. A VB.NET user control could be used also (or C# as the next choice). As a last resort, an ATL C++ ActiveX control could be created, so a long as it was digitally signed for safe scripiting and would perform with minimal security requirements for the client and require no additional files to download or install. I need a fully functional web page that performs the operation. It needs to work for anyone running Windows 95+ with Internet Explorer. Something that works on a Mac or Linux would be a bonus, but not required. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
