ASP Questionnaires

The project is split into 4 components. Each component is a set of questions and answers. The requirment is to build 4 seperate ASP applications accessing an MSAccess backend databases to enable data entry to take place online. Each component will have between 15 and 20 questions and the ASP pages will need to allow selection of an answer by either drop down list, radio button or free text entry (dependent on the question type). The pages will also display up to 10 other pieces of information for which will be editable - such as changing a telephone number. There should also be the facility to find a record based on a company name seach or a call type search (these are two of the editable fields). Up to 4 users will be accessing 1 component and any one time and so whilst one user is accessing a record this should be blocked from the other users. The applications will need to run on a standard web server and be written entirely within ASP and MSAccess. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform The application should work for IE5 and above. The application will be stored on standard web server space as purchaed from the likes of dotster or unet etc. Hence no additional components can be stored and application must use standard ASP code only and a MSAccess backend.
