We are currently creating a website very similar to the following:? <[url removed, login to view]>? and

The site is being put together now, we will handle the graphics & have a site posted with all the input areas coded in. For now we need very basic code implemented which will allow a user to signup for the service & enter all their information, including credit card info. The code to actually charge the card will either be coded in-house or re-posted as a second phase later.
When a user signs up, the site will need to make sure their email is not aready on file and if ok, write the info to several MS SQL tables to create the user record.
Three tables will be populated with the new user's data:
tblUser -? userno, email, password, First Name, Last Name, Company, Address 1, Address 2, City, State, Zip, Phone, Signup Date
tblPayment - userno, date/time, # of leads, states ,mortgage, loan mod, cc debt
tblPayment -? userno, cctype, ccnumber, nameoncard, exp date, CVV Code
We will create the tables on our MS SQL server in a development area that you will have access to. The tables may vary slightly from above but will be very close to what is posted.
We need this code to be written primarily in Classic ASP usuin JavaScipt if necessary for things such as field validation, etc.
Once the user fills out all the data correclty & submits it, they should be redirected to a 'Thank You' page. Fields to be filled out should be validated to ensure the contain appropriate values.
