ASP & MS SQL program for Virtual Bank

I have an ASP/MSSQL system of people’s virtual bank account (balances, etc) and I need the following (please state time/cost estimate): A Currency Exchange system -I need to be able to input an exchange rate (Virtual Currency per $1) -Players can select how much USD they want to buy using their virtual currency -Once they purchase the USD, their virtual bank balance is deducted from their bank account -The system needs to create a tab-deliminated spreadsheet for Paypal Mass Pay with the following fields: email (which the user will need to enter and confirm), USD amount to bought (converted based on my conversion rate) and Player Name -I need to be able to set the limit on how much USD they can buy based on a Tier System -The Tier System will depend on how long they have been banking with us (I need to be able to enter how much USD they can buy based on how many days they have been with us) A Currency Speculation System -I need the system to extract an exchange rate (from a source I will provide) each day, the next day’s rate will be used to grade the wagers the day before -People can bet on whether the rate will go up or down -I need to be able to set the Profit Rate (if I set it at 95%, that means that for every $100 they bet, they will get back $95) - I need a system that will allow me to input the Total Risk I want to take on each side, and if the amount of risk surpass that amount, I want the system to decrease the odds by a Odds Change amount which I will put -For example, I will input the following numbers: 95 Profit Rate, 3000 Total Risk, and 1 Odds Change ...please download attachment for more ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
