We are looking for a developer who can do a simple response/request system for our support. What we need: 1.) Customer login into the customer area (Login via Aspprotect, ready configured with access, need to reconfigured to SQL Server). 2.) USer will see a Support Form and a overview of his requests he sent. (linked with details) The list also contains a flad (open/Answered) 3.) If user send a new request, the script will validate the fields. If everything is ok, form will be stored into Database (SQL Server) and a confirmation email will send to the user. The user is redirected back to the overview page and the new entry is now on the top of the list. 4.) If user clicks on a request he sent (in the overview) he go to the detail page. Here he can see his request, the time and our answer. He can send a own answer again from this page, a simple "Subject" and "Description" field. He get again a confirmation. ADMIN: Admin logged in and get a list of all open and new requests. He can click on this request and come to a detail page. There he can send a answer to the system. A Email will send to the user who sent the original request that a new answer was arrived. THe Admin can close the request, so user cannot answer anymore. Admin also can delete the request. And he also can browse through a Archive of old, closed requests. Your job will be: 1.) Set up the SQL Server (Installed in System) 2.) Change the ASP settings to the SQL Server 3.) Install the Email component you will need 4.) Develop the system in VB Script. We prefer a develoepr who can do server side validation of forms like: [url removed, login to view] You will get from us: Needed Support Request fields. No matter about design, we will add the system later to our template.
