Date and Fling site

good day, I want to have a Dating and Flinging site' like milion other existing on the web. the site is foe Israelis so it will have to be in Right to Left format and in Hebrew. the site will **not** alow to publish or write an e-mail address in any textbox of the site (beside ofcaure the mail when registering to the system) to a non member (user that didnt pay for the site) few more, not so common, features: 1. an option to get an SMS when someone get a massge (email goes without sayng) 2. an option to pay for the site membership by sending an SMS with a spesific word to a specific number. i found the site [[login to view URL]][1] that got almost every thing i want in my site beside of what i added. it's an israeli hebrew site, i couldnt find, yet, a similar site in english. that about all for now, more details will be given after contacting.
