D.L.H. Digital Chat App

First off i dont have much money to start this project with, the main aim is to get it going so that i can continue to pay for development i have been working on a chat app Idea for some time now i have now decided to kick it up a notch and get more people working on it with me, I need the following things. GUI developers Graphics Developers C# Programmers VB.Net Programmers PHP/ASPX Programmers MySQL/MsSQL Developers Flash Programmers TCP/IP or other networking Programmers This app will then be released with Paying user levels To pay For 1. Servers and 2. To pay the developers yes when the app is making money you will be paid for your services not just the original amount you asked for but basically a proper wage if you wish to continue development with this app I have taken this very seriously and as such i have had legal contracts drafted up To make sure any work you do on this app legally belongs to DLH and should any of the code of the app or any of the inner workings of the app become public the law will be involved, i am also going to trademark and Copyright the app so there is no chance of it being stolen or copied. You will be required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement this insures that any of your code or any of the code i share to you will not ever be made public or (open source) You Will also be required to sign a programming contract basically sayings that you are developing this software for D.L.H. Digital and are there for bound to develop it i am just covering my back by having the legal documents. So that anyone i accept to help can share or access the code i have set up a TeamFoundationServer when accepted you will be given an account to access it, this means you need to have a way to access it via Visual Studio 2010 OR Visual Studio 2008 this is up to you to find out how to deal with there will be 3 parts that need done 1.
