Display HTML file inside a Windows Directory in MyComputer

Hello, so this is what I need. I have created a directory on my computer. Now when a user uses MyComputer or Windows Explorer to brawse the directory this should happen: Instead of displaying the original default list of files one after the other, the directory should display a webpage, which I will create using HTML. The point of this is when the user enters the directory I want the webpage to open (inside the MyCoputer window, so do not open a new window) and the webpage will do something. The main point is that the webpage should open inside the MyComputer area, instead of displaying the list of files. Hope you understand what I mean and this should be very simple to do. I would like to find out how to do this using .NET (C#, VB, or C++). This should be very simple and should not cost but a few dollars. Also, please provide proof of you know how to do this.
