The first place winner of our contest was Angela Farley of Kansas City, Mo. In addition to national recognition and other prizes, the 1st place winner will have her cover as the principle cover representing the novel “Hulagu’s Web ??" the presidential pursuit of Senator Katherine Laforge?? The second place winner was Erin Barnes but we had a tie for third place so we felt it was only fair to award prizes to each of the three artist that shared the same score. They are Mark Wulf, Alex Jones, and Aleksandar Milinkovic. We want to thank every artist who submitted an entry. Selecting the winners for this contest was a very difficult decision. A lot of discussion went into the decisions of which covers best represented the novel “Hulagu’s Web.?? In fact, virtually every cover submitted had the creativity and professionalism that would have easily been accepted by any book publisher. Most of the submitted covers surpassed the creativity of the covers presenting the top selling books on the racks today.
