Android download manager / app store

I need an Android App that will act as a download manager; when a user completes a purchase on a web platform, the app should get pushed to the android device through this android app.

The Android App should also have some DRM protection over the apps that are downloaded. It should also function like an app store, with ecommerce capabilities.

So someone can purchase an app either via a web interface on their PC and the app gets pushed to the device; or they can purchase it on their device.

It's basically a clone of the Android App Store or the Amazon App Store.
