**UPDATE: I HAVE ATTACHED AN IMAGE WHICH SHOWS THE DAILY VIEW AND SAMPLE PRINTOUT, IT IS VERY SIMILAR TO WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR A CLONE, BECAUSE WE REQUIRE DIFFERENT ACCESS METHODS AND FUNCTIONALITY, IT IS MERELY A SCREEN SHOT OF SIMILAR DESIRED OUTPUT. ALL CURRENT BIDDERS PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENT!**
We require a simple, fast Windows scheduler application with these features:
1. Outlook style calendaring, but with very simple fields. Some fields will be user-input, some will autofill based on which contact we select from a dropdown or list.
a. Date/Time/Length of appt (user input)
b. Client Dropdown (this will autofill the following fields)
Name / Company / Phone # / Address
c. Work to be performed (user input)
d. Reference / Notes (user input)
2. Ability to enter in appointments for any upcoming day (maybe show overview month/year). clicking "new appt." will default to "today" but can be made for any day.
3. Ability to "print schedule" on any particular day we're looking at. This would be formatted very basic - so long as all the information is output on a single page we don't care how it's laid out.
*Bonus points if anyone can manage to automatically extract contact information from Quickbooks 2002 database (or outlook address books) for use in "contact list". This saves us the hassle of manually exporting address book daily to get the client list we want to use.
This should be completed within 14 days of bid award.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
## Platform
Windows 98+/2000/XP compatibility please. I don't care what it's written in as long as it's deliverable as a full package (all DLLs included, etc.).
