Looking for someone to create a escrow system with paypal implemented for deposits and withdraws. Must also include back end stuff like IPN handler, listener and options similar to what you might find on getafreelancers escrow system or the one on this site.
Only bid if you have already completed similar work.
Would like option to buy a ready made system NOT open source but maybe one that you have already made.
Everything must be completed within one weeks time or less.
