C/C++ Class Additions

The attached code is production code that needs new enhancements.

See the attached zip, what we need is to modify the derived class to retrieve/format baseball information off of a database.

The input is an ID of a game and the output is an internal table of info, which can be displayed. The display is built into the test.c program.

Code and Tables are included for bidders to review.

## Deliverables
