Command line exe to simulate window program

I am about to buy a software product that is handled as a window application, but my automation tool is working in line mode. I need a program that receive parameter given in the exe line, activate the window application, put the input data in place, run the program, and put the result from the form into a file.

## Deliverables

A sample ? of the specific window application will be sent to the developer. Developing language is C++ , the result will be tested using Visual Studio 2005.
