Compile/Building Nvu, an open source program

Hello, I am trying to compile/build an open source program called NVU by the source code but am running into difficulties, the environment I am using is a windows machine with cygwin. I have attached two word documents. Document 1 titled NVU instructions, this is a word document that I had written to help walk through the steps; the only difference from the instructions is that I am using g++ as a compiler compared to visual studio c++. Document 2 titled NVU stages, is the document showing the steps I have completed, the outcome, and the errors that I am receiving. I would like to accept a bidder, who is willing to look at these two files, and explain why these errors are occurring, and who will help through the rest of the compiling process, this could take only a few emails, or many emails, so please incorporate this into the bidding process.
