Using the communication library from [login to view URL]:

Components will be C++ dlls with a public interface. They will include English documentation of the interface and parameters/data structures.
Components will include:
A manifest and update system described in **"[login to view URL]"** and **"[login to view URL]"**
A client and server component each described in **"[login to view URL]"
**A Login/Registration/Terms of use client and server component each described in **"[login to view URL]"
**Multiple configuration settings (server, client) "
**"[login to view URL]"** is as good as i can do, but i know the requirements are not sufficient.
Please provide a $amount for the bid as well as a time estimate FOR EACH component as well as the total bid.
If you desire to only bid on some components, you may, but you must clearly designate what is and is not included in the bid.
I will assume that bidders who cannot follow the directions i have provided here will be unable to understand the full requirements and i will not accept their bid.

Payments using Paypal
Module interconnection and load balancing.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete build scripts (or instructions if script is not available) must be included
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

I have updated the bid request to no longer require windows and MSSQL.
It only needs to run on linux MySql.
I also added a file to the doc to describe where to get an open source version of the TNL library and some of the key pieces i want to use.
## Platform
The code should be able to compile and run on linux using gcc
