? ? ? ? I*? a*m the owner of a graphics design company.? I use CorelDraw X4 most of the time although, I also use adobe products as well. I have a cutting plotter that does not have a specific driver developed for it.? Instead, they ship the plotter with a disc of random Graphtec drivers. The? manufacturer recommends using the graphtec ce1000-60 driver which is a driver for a pen plotter and lacks certain settings for cutting. My cutter was imported from china? and their is no tech support. I can give you some of the? specifications of my plotter on request. All I know now is that it uses hpgl language for? sending the vector image through the serial cable. It only has a 1? MB buffer though I plan to upgrade to at least 4 MB? soon. You can look at the US Cutter Refine MH1351 specs here? (<[login to view URL]>).?
? ? ? ? High end cutting software such as Flexi Sign? have a feature known as "overcut". Overcut is a measurement setting within the plotter setup options? of flexi and other programs which force the plotter to cut past the end point of a vector loop by a specified amount defined in? a setup textbox.? Cutting past the endpoint of a loop, will clean up any access material that? is now being? left due to the cutting blade angle. I also would like to add knife offset controls to my aplication to produce smoother corners. I? need either a specific driver with these settings included as options, or I need some kind of Corel/Adobe? plugin that would edit? the vector lines of the graphic prior to cutting.

## Deliverables
I need a detailed plan of? the coding? before the projects is started. If a plugin is programmed, the end file must be either a .VB file extention or an EXE that installs into Coreldraw's VBA application.? I will not except a secondary aplication that would require exporting graphics? out of CorelDraw.
