Dll memory Streamer Anti Leak

The program is a log in client. The user logs into the client with the username password stored on my server in the sql. The program(client) passes the auth info to a php script which verifies the info in the sql database. Once verified the client logs in and lists a few dll's which the user can choose from. They pick the dll needed and the dll is injected into an .exe

The purpose of this is to protect the DLL from being accessed or "leaked" as the dll is the private software.

1. Client Application:

*Login

*Lists DLL's

*Locks on auth by hardware ID // IP address

*Secure against debugging // Sniffing

2. PHP side

*Verifies username/password

*Securely passes the dll to the client without revealing actual location.

I need this done in c++ Please.
