C++ / MORPG Programmers various Jobs

**Hello, **My name is Dallas Knight - and I am currently in the end process of plans for a MORPG, not massive in design nor planned user levels. I would love to make a strong connection, with a prodigy of C++ in his own right, just as I am in my design. I will be your employer, I will pay you, I will own the game entirely. You will take my designs and create them in the best way for me. You will not be a slacker, and will work full-time, 5 days a week for 2-3 years. It is very important I trust you, and I feel an ability to communicate easily with you (in english). This project requires daily contact between me, and you. I would prefer to find someone from a foreign country like India, Russia or China. Once I feel comfortable in your abilities I may wish to proceed in a more formal interveiw process. MY MSN IS: Mr_Dallas_Knight@[login to view URL] **-Mr Knight** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
