C++ Mortgage monthly payment program

This prgram is due 10/25/2003 at my 7AM class, so I need this tomorrow night. It needs to be done with the most elementry of techniques or my professor will know I did not do it. Please make sure comments are on all functions used and anything they may not be obvious. So with my skill level that means commenting everything. You can make a seperate header file for the calculations if you want. Here is what is due. using good programming style, design a class that will determine the monthyl payment on a home mortgage. The monthly payment with interest compounded monthly can be calculated as follows: payment = (loan *(rate/12)*term)/(term-1) where term= (1+(rate/12) ^12*years /* acutally on the paper it looks like the 12*year is little and to the top like a power would be*/ payment =the monthly payment loan= the dollar amount of the loan rate= the annual interest rate years= the number of years of the loan The class should have member functions for setting the loan amount, interest rate, and number of years of the loan.. It should also have member functions for returning the monthly payment amount and the total amount paid to the bank at the loan period. Implement the class in a complete program. Input validation: Do not accept negative numbers for any of the loan values. ## Deliverables 1) Complete a fully-functional working program with complete source code of all file(s) and comments on what is happending where. This is due by tomorrow night (10/24/2003) ## Platform just needs to run from visual c++, no gui needed
