Object - oriented software development** **Introduction:** This assignment concerns the development of a C++ class which can be used to simulate the operation of a paged virtual memory system. **Class Description:** The class should be called virt_mem. It should maintain the following information on the use of the virtual memory system: **.**The number of accesses to virtual memory **.**The number of page faults Each page table entry should include a valid flag. Assume that the Fist-in first-out (FIFO) replacement algorithm is used to determine which page should be replaced when a page fault occurs. The class should implement the following member functions: **(a)**A constructor. This should take four arguments: **.**The number of bits in the virtual page number field of the virtual address (16 bit unsigned value) **.**The number of bits in the page offset field of the virtual address (16 bit unsigned value) **.**The number of pages of physical memory (32 bit unsigned value) **.**The filename of the output file in which the show_table( ) and show_statistics( ) member functions should store their output. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
