We are woking with a vendor and will be selling their products through our website. They will dropship. They created a feed and it needs to be installed. Here is the infromation they presented to us:
"I built the feed using the fields you requested. You had asked for product name and image, I added the url on our site because you didn't want the pricing passed and I thought you would like the option of quick access to check your costs for that product, I also included the categories we use because we have a lot of products and I figured you'd want them categorized in some way. The data is simple enough and it sounds like you are just wanting a simple catalog listing it may be easier to write a basic catalog script in php then to try and make this data fit an existing CMS. There are plenty of tutorials out there or a good programmer should be able to put this together pretty easily, since the entire thing is run off the feed you'd really only need an index page of some sort and a categories page that would display all the products in a certain category."
The information above was provided by the xml feed creator. We have a website and would like to either add the products directly to the site or have separate page that will show the categories with links to the products.
