CMS with pay facilites online

Hi There, I Require the service of a web designer to make the script for a website that allows the user to do 2 different things off the 1 Home Page. The Home Page will have an option to either rent the service or to buy a product. The site splits in 2 directions at this point. In the first direction the site allows registered users to list a product for sale with 1 - 10 optional photos / location/ item information INPUT options. The other direction of the site, The Registered User WIll be able to List an Item for rent with 10 photos or less and contact/location information. On both instances of the web site Other NON REGISTERED usres, can search the products in their own side of the site (2 parts) by location or price. The only other thing is the Credit Card and Payment Facility which allows the users to become a member and pay a subscription to use the services REGISTRED USER ends of the site. I will be doing all of the GRAPHIC DESIGN myself. I do not require A Graphic Designer. Please get into contact with a qoute and Time Frame you requre. I am not in a rush by the end of the year.
