Boxing website competitive analysis

We are at the planning stage of a new boxing website and we need a complete analysis of the world's top 10 boxing websites (in English). For example, one will be [login to view URL] The purpose of this analysis is so that we can see what the leading sites are doing, and incorporate the best features into our boxing website which will be a national one. You could also look at some other leading sports sites and make recommendations as to what we should include. The website needs to make profit through a subscription (monthly, half yearly and yearly) so an analysis of subscription based sports websites is needed. The final report doesnt need to be longer than 10 pages - it's quality we're after. Some of the things to include in the analysis are: - a written site map for the top 3 sites (including diagrams) - a list of the features and functions of the sites - how the subscription site works, and how they make money - what pages each site has and a brief description of the content of the pages - unique ideas from each site - suggestions as to what to include in our boxing website The final report should include links to relevant sites you have visited.
