Call Center - outbound - trainer/implentation

Need a trainer that can locate and work with an individualgroup/firm to organize and implement a group of outbound callers (intitally to US Businesses) using our CRM system (trainer will assist in modifying code for localization - a seperate project will be posted for that) to make calls during US business hours. I am primarily looking for this capability in any of the following countries: India China Eastern Europe UK Ireland Pakistan Phillipines However, that list only reflects my initial thoughts - any country with the correct internet/broadband infrastructure AND good English-speaking callers is a candidate as far as I'm concerned. Initially business will be transacted in English, but we will be moving to work in native languages in Western Europe as well. Trainer will need to locate local people to work with that meet the following requirements: Requirements: Computer with mic/speaker (or internet telephone) and high-speed internet. We will supply the server, software, and telephony infrastructure here in our Texas, U.S. facility. Good English speaking Trainer must know how to locate, work with, and manage people with the ability to make outbound calls for surveys and pre-sales calls. And must be able to coordinate the work schedules of this group of people. ## Deliverables 1) Be able to read, write, and speak the English language. 2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows
