Convert Word File Into PDF for E-Book

I have a Word file that I need to have converted into a PDF for an e-book. The quality needs to be very good without being too large a file to conveniently open and use. The links in the document should be clickable and it should be able to be printed out but not modified. This is a simple job and as you will notice from my feedback I give and leave excellent 10 feedback for a job well done. Please send me your best bid on this simple task.
