Specifications:
* Convert to Latex (amsart class).
* Ignore illustrations but insert captions using {figure} environment.
* Proofread to make sure that conversion did not mathematical features such as boldfacing and alignment.
* Units (such as ms^{-1} in the abstract) should be in Roman type separated from the number by \,
* Bibliography to converted to bibtex using authordate style; for example, instead of [Author1 and Author2 2007] the source file should say \cite{Author12007}, there should be a corresponding entry in the bib file, and the output will be similar, but not identical, to the original.
* Ignore change in color in text.
* Remove rules (straight lines) from tables, except for a box on the outside
