*Delphi* programmer needed to create a basic audio editor. Audio editor ------------- (See below for screenshot) OPEN : any wav or mp3* file SAVE : wav(select wave format) or mp3(select bitrate) --- Waveform : Displays the audio file graphically. The waveform is a visual representation of the audio file. Zoom in/out: Enlarge/Shrink the waveform. --- Cut/Copy : Cut/Copy the selected portion of the audio file. Paste : Paste information from the Clipboard. Delete : Remove the selected portion of the audio file. Undo/Redo : Undo/Redo the last action taken. --- Insert silence: Add a period of silence to the beginning or end of the audio file, or to a specific location within the audio file. Adjust volume: Increase or decrease the sound level of the audio file. Audio Processing : Normalize (Select best volume),Fade In/Out, Noise removal filter --- Record/Insert new audio : ** Import: Browse to a new audio file and import the file. --- Play : Play the audio file. (or the selected portion of the audio file) Stop : Stop playing the audio file. * To open/read/write a mp3 file you can use Lame ** -ability to select input source (line in, mic ... e.t.c) -ability to adjust volume level for input source and calibrate a microphone or recording device --------------- All bidders, please list: 1.
