I am looking for someone to build a Drupal 7 members discussion area. Messages must be able to be sent to a group, or to an individual within the group. Comments and replies must have the ability to add attachments and will also notify the user/group of the activity via email. I can send more information about this project on request. Although please see some screenshots attached of the current system that needs an overhaul.

Discussion board can be created using advanced forums and organic groups module in drupal 7. In your case, Private Message and Private Message Attachments will help to send message to multiple people in group with attachments. With my 5 years of experience in drupal, i can do this task. Thanks
