Configure rule in Drupal to Add/remove role based on mail

My Drupal 7 site has two roles Provider and Gold Provider. I need two rules that trigger every time the user or site updates their existing account which depend on the email domain. Rule 1 - after updating user existing account If user role = Provider AND mail domain contains (hotmail, gmail,etc), then add role Gold Provider and remove role Provider Rule 2 - after updating user existing account If user role = Gold Provider AND mail is does not contains (hotmail, gmail,etc), then add role Provider and remove Gold provider No FTP access will be granted, everything must be configured in Drupal.
