Crawl torrents script for dmca email

I want a script (or better yet a Drupal module, but I might convert it myself), whereby users can search for a torrent or filestube-like illegal download of their copyright protected file. 1. Input: title of the file 2. A search lists suggestions of this file found on the internet (I can provide a list of sites to be crawled): title - site - url - dmca address (I can provide this also, it belongs to the site) 3. Possible extension: check the box of certain listings and send automatic email to the dmca address. The sites to be included are those on filestube and torrentz. If this script goes well, I might include you in more of the project. Please list what you can provide (php script or full Drupal module and list your price accordingly / including or not including option 3).
