AAAA Upgrade Phase 1

We have an MS Access 2007 database. We want to extract the financial information and import it into Quickbooks and later export the check information from Quickbooks and import that data. All items from the ACCT.& ESTIMATES section of the form. The fields 6 estimates and 6 actuals in the accounts receivable section and 12 estimates and 12 actuals in the accounts payable section are presently in a single record but we would be interested in having an new database for this information linked by the "REG" number which is unique to each project, to record who entered the information, when was it entered, when was it exported to Quickbooks, and when was it imported from Quickbooks in the case of the check number and date of the check for each of the 18 actuals above. Our database is accessible via remote control and we must monitor all access to the live data. In the record with the "REG" number we want to store the calculated values each time either an estimated or actual value is entered. There are many other opportunities for change in the system and we intend to develop a relationship to make these adjustments as budget allows. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP, database on a file server with 9 workstations attached.
