ASP Insurance Quote Form with Admin Backend

1. An insurance client of mine wants the ability to provide quotes to his customers online. He wants the site to work just like <[login to view URL]> The parameters and inputs would be the exact same. The rate matrix to see what the parameters are and what needs to be taken in to account is at <[login to view URL]> The project should be written in asp with a connection to an access backend. There should also be a web based administration page to allow them to modify the rate matrix as needed. This would need to be secured by a password. The theme should match the current website. 2. Create a page that simply provides links to pdf documents for the user to download and print out. (HTML) which matches the theme of the existing website. I'd need to get this project completed by March 31st if possible. If this is a successful project, I'd like to begin using your company to handle other aspects of our development work. We are a small web / software / automation company that does hundreds of small projects like this a year. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Server is Running Windows 2003.
