Essentially each member of the site will be able to read and reply to emails sent to and from the site via PMB, each email they send from the site will be sent to the recipients email box and from there they can reply rather than logging into the site to reply. A site similar to this one which I will not name, uses a similar system. You will free of charge operate communication with my developers to acertain what is required of you. And you will build the system and show them how to implement it into the site The project has two phases: Phase 1 - Creating a solution to the problem as my current developers do not know how to do it!!!! Phase 2 - If neccessary completing the whole project and taking on the project from them as long term advisors and coder partners. You will be quoting for the following only: 1/ Working with developers to implement this PMB system/ application. 2/ Solving my problem which is to enable users of my site to have a unique way of maintaining contact without logging into the site. You may (I) offer me a free source for this implementation (ii) offer me something you have built (iiI) offer me something you can build easily Either way :) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
