I am after a site that has the same functions and features of [login to view URL] and works in the same way. To put it simpler, an exact replication of the main site, and the owner portal. Delivering an exact copy with the original site's images and colors and styles is fine as long as it can be easily modified later. The administration portal will have need to have the following and possibly more: * Manage all listings * Manage all owners * Manage all users * Manage payments and bookings * Manage receipts to owners * Manage locations where accommodation can be put * Produce daily, monthly, and yearly statistics and demographics like visits, bookings made, most popular accommodations, most popular locations, age groups, gender, number of people booked for, and so on * Manage emails and newsletters to users and owners There are more I will need in the administrator's portal, and it will be added before the end of the bidder date. Coders interested in taking on this project are encouraged to register their interest by asking questions for more details. The coder will need to find out themselves on how the site works in the two portals accessible by the public. I only care that the entire site works in the same way.
