We need a complete advertiing directory. The service consist in advertising for websites. The directory should offer the possibility to the user to place a keyword into a search engine and have as result all the websites related to that keyword. The results should appear with "higher bid" order. Each result clicked charge the owner advertiser for the click value set. There are not required categories...each query will have to be based only on the keywords. ## Deliverables Public side: The service consist in advertising for websites. The directory should offer the possibility to the user to place a keyword into a search engine and have as result all the websites related to that keyword. The results should appear with "higher bid" order. Each result clicked charge the owner advertiser for the click value set. There are not required categories...each query will have to be based only on the keywords. Advertiser side: Each advertiser will be able to register and submit the site description, the url, notes and keywords related to their site. Advertiser will also be able to set a value for each keyword realated to each campaign. Advertiser will need a tool to see the rank of his campaign on the results related to that keyword for that value (so will be able to set an higer value if want to be at first results). Advertiser will be also able to buy credits with credit card to start and maintain up the campaigns (will be needed a compatibility with a credit card processor system). Each campaign can be suspended/artivated, modified and deleted at any time by the advertiser. All the credits bought can be distribuited by advertiser to each campaign as he prefers. Credits can also be left into a "special" account and then transfered to one or more campaign (even in a second time). In few words the advertiser account should look like the adwords account with above modifiess. (all the credits will be prepaid) Admin panel: Here admin should control all the site. Admin should be able to monitorate all the credits bought by each advertiser and the total of credits bought. Have a stats panel to see the clicks generated for each advertiser and total click generared (dialy, montly and so on). Admin should be able to let advertiser have already working any keyword added. If the function is disabled admin should have a panle to approve or reject each keyword added. Have a panel where admin should see al the clicks value set for one word (needed a small search engine). Each new campaign (title and content) added have to be approved by admin. Each campaign should be stopped automatically when the credits are zero...advertiser should recive an automatic email to alert when the credit are "low" (the value should be set by admin) and zero. Admin should be able to publish rotating banner and/or text adv into all the sites page with target (keyword used for search by user): if is searched "nokia" i should be able to set the system to show online only banners related with that word...else will be shown defaults banners and/or text adv. Will be needed stats panel for this, too. A newsletter panel will be needed, too. Admin wuill need to have all the funcions of the advertiser panel, too. About the layout it should be very simple. This is the overview of the project...if someone needs more details, just ask. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux and Mysql.
