Apple MAC Dashboard Widget

Hello, We are developing an web based software suite and would like to eventually have a full blown mac dashboard widget to accompany it. As of right now, we are starting to look for a company who can do the full widget when that time comes. Right now, we want to start testing some coders. So, we are going to hire some one to do a proof of concept for us. We do not know much about Mac Dashboard Widgets or what the best way to develop these are, so you will also be teaching us. This proof of concept is simply. The widget will ask for the username and password to our web service, connect and display three types of data: The People in the system (includes companies and groups), Projects Created in the system, and all message boards (and posts in those message boards). So, all it will be doing is displaying data that is held in our system. The web service is a php/ajax site with mysql as the database. I assume you will want to see what site it is. I will give that to those bidding and ask for it. The widget will need to look and function somewhat like our online application does. Again, should be fairly easy, just connect and display data. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform compiled widget for the latest MAC os, source code, and document explaining what technology was used.
