We have a Digital camera that we are using to inventory parts. The Digital camera records and save pictures in a autonumbering fashion Picture [url removed, login to view] Picture [url removed, login to view] etc.... When a picture is taken we have a Excel 2000 Spreadsheet that we have a column called CAM# and another Called Part number and a notes column. The CAM# we have auto number to match the picture number. What we need is a program of any kind that works on a Windows XP or Vista that we can feed in the Excel Spreadsheet and the folder location of the pictures and have it look for the Picture name and COPY and RENAME the Picture to the Part Number with the JPG extension to a new SUB folder called "PROCESSED". So for example CAM# 031 would take "Picture [url removed, login to view]" copy it to the subfolder Processed and rename it [url removed, login to view] SEE ATTACHED EXAMPLE OF CURRENT SPREADSHEET and PICTURES

## Deliverables

Since we will have 1000's of pictures we need you to find a way to make sure each point is addressed: 1. we keep a copy of the original Picture and name in the folder that holds all the original pictures.

2. we will be using the same spreadsheet always being updated and added to, we don't want to worry about duplicating efforts, once a image is copied and renamed we need a way for it to record that the process has been done and to skip it the next time the program you make is run again. I would suggest adding a column in the spreadsheed that would mark the line as being done.

3. We expect to have bad pictures or re-takes, We will leave the PN blank or empty the program has to skip this line so that it is skipped from the processing. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
