This software needs to be able to sign in to my Betfair account, and place both real-money bets (with funds in my account) or 'theoretical' play-money bets (no transaction with server required) in order to test the strategy on the Betfair Exchange Poker game (<[url removed, login to view]>). It must be able to operate with the Standard and Turbo versions of the game, with the option to select between them.
The software must have a limited-degree of options setting via a simple user interface, so that betting conditions may be set by the user. All of the betting conditions will be involved with the relationship between different hands at the 'Pre-flop' stage of the game.
The user should be able to set the program to bet on a hand based upon a condition whereby other hands in the game have cards contained in that hand; e.g. If a hand contains two cards which have also been dealt separately to two other hands, then a bet will be placed depending on the other card values in these other two hands.
This software should be able to transact using Betfair's 'Free Access API' - if this isn't possible then I would not like the project to go ahead.
The program should be able to place 'back' or 'lay' bets, and be able to automatically trade out of a position (if available) to lock in a profit (after the initial bet has been made).
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
