Bid per click program required for webpage.

I have a single page on my website which contains a number of links to other websites. I would like to implement a pay per click system to this webpage. I am currently set up with [login to view URL] for payment processing for other advertising mediums on the site so I need to stay with them for this too. Only under exceptional circumstances will I consider changing the payment processor. The following requirements are absolute must haves; The advertisers that will be on this webpage must have some form of login page where they can view statistics such as; The current number of clicks. The balance remaining in their account. A list of the visitors who clicked on their links, with a time stamp and IP address. A way to update their current balance using my payment processor 2CheckOut.com. Advertisers must be able to bid for position on the page. They should also be able to see the current maximum bid so they know what they need to bid per click. I know there are many already made programs out there that will do this but what I will need you to do is; Find the most suitable software for my requirements. Tweak it to fit my setup and requirements if necessary. Integrate and Install on my website. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform In on an ipowerweb server, I think its FreeBSD, but I can confirm if required. Database is MySQL.
